    MS exchange configuration problem

    Has anyone managed to add successfully domain in Office 365 Admin panel?? I added all the necessary fields in Versio DNS management panel, but still Microsoft office exchange service doesn't still recognize my .dot uk domain :(

    I received this message in Office 365 domain Admin panel:

    "We cannot contact the nameservers for domain "mydomain.uk", or the nameservers don't host the zone for your domain. Check the NS records and the primary nameserver specified in the SOA record to point to an Internet-facing valid nameserver hosting your domain's records. Nameservers used: nszero1.axc.eu, nszero2.axc.eu, nszero1.axc.nl."

    Hi, please send us an e-mail to support@versio.nl with your domain name and needed DNS records in text format. We will then add the DNS records for you.
