    Domain hosting

    Hello, Ive been trying to host a domain I bought from a different website on my hosting but it seems not to be working. The domain is updatesbase.com. Ive already changed its name server to that of the hosting. Ive also contacted the team i bought the domain from and they said the problem is for my hosting. Please help me.

    Hi Jeffery,

    You have to set the following nameservers under your domainname

    ns123.axc.nl
    ns124.axc.nl

    You have to contact the company where you registered the domainname. The domainname is unkown on the root nameservers.

    My domain name still hasn't transferred over after 4 days. The server names have been double checked and the domaine people say all is ok. Please help

    @Nigel Welford Please create a support ticket on https://www.versio.uk/customer/helpdesk/tickets to have the transfer status checked. This can also be checked on https://www.versio.uk/customer/domains/transfers
