Email Marked As Spam

Hi.
I am a sole trader in the UK. I do not spam or bulk email as my customers come to me via my website contact form. Sometimes I'm emailed directly on my email address. I have set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on my server and my DMARC testing and reports come back as a pass. I've used https://www.mail-tester.com/ and get a perfect 10 with minor mention that I don't have an Unsubscribe header (I email one to one by request only?). No dodgy links, mainly text with the occasional image, nothing spammy, and often a reply to a customer email. Despite all this, my emails go to the junk folder of my customers. The service I provide is one-off and short in duration, serving many customers, so white-listing isn't an option, particularly if I can't contact them in the first place!
Although my email looks good, I used http://multirbl.valli.org/ to test the originating Versio mailserver IP addresses for blacklisting, and the results were horrendous. My mail is going through the Versio SpamExperts filters and coming out as accept.
Any ideas please as this is driving me mad.
Steve.
I've just changed my _dmarc entry in my DNS record to reject anything that fails the DMARC checks. Hopefully this hardening of my policy will help. I'm also setting up an Unsubscribe link as a last resort.
