Are you using the Bahasite Site builder on your domain at Versio then it is possible to create your own email address.
*Note: if you’re using a hosting package or reseller package on your domain then you need to create an email address in DirectAdmin *
1: Log on to our customer portal at https://www.versio.uk/login
2: Click on My products in the menu on your left and go to -> Domain names -> Overview
3: Here you will see all your domains which you have registered on Versio. Now search for your domain which uses the Site Builder and click on the arrow behind your domain.
4: In the overview, you will find the option to add a new email address at ‘Email addresses’. Now click on Add email address
5: Now enter the email address what you want to create and your password. Forward needs to be empty and click on ‘Add another email address’ if you want to create a new email address immediately when you click on the button Add email address.
6: Now you have created your own email address. You can now use the webmail http://mail.axc.eu to use your newly created email address.
