The only thing you need to do, is check whether automatic renewal is disabled for the relevant product. You can do this via your customer panel at https://www.versio.uk/customer.
Click on the category of your product and then "Overview" Under the column 'Renewal' you see 'Manual' or 'Automatic'. When it shows Automatic then the product will automatically be renewed.
Automatic renewal can be disabled with a single mouse click, there are no formalities involved. Automatic renewal is disabled by default, unless you have enabled it.
Automatic renew can be disabled through your customer panel. Click on the category of your product -> Overview -> Magnifier behind the product -> Other options -> Manage Automatic Renewal. Turn off automatic renew.
If automatic renewal is disabled, the product will automatically be terminated on the expiration date.
