    Customer support is horrendous

    Dear Versio,

    Your online 'chat' to support doesn't even work. I can only see my previous conversations. Tried both on Chrome and on Edge.

    I emailed you with no response.

    If you support remains as shitty as it, I'm definitely transferring to another service.

    Kindly be guided accordingly !!!!
